These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and software products (the "Services") operated by SparkShare.io (sparkshare.io Corp, a Delaware corporation, "SparkShare", "we", "us", or "our"), including Atlasora and Zerivo. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services

SparkShare.io provides business software on a subscription basis. Each product may have additional product-specific documentation. Atlasora provides trademark name screening as decision-support information and does not provide legal advice or a legal opinion. You are responsible for how you use the outputs of the Services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind any organization you represent.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services in violation of any applicable law;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Services or their outputs.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by SparkShare.io or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as permitted here.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Atlasora's screening output is informational and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkShare.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
